It's funny, but now that I think about it, I realize that when I am having a hard time, or something is weighing on my mind, I revert to either listening to music, playing it, or composing it. I have composed some of my favorite pieces while in a very emotional state. I honestly don't know how I could live without music as part of my life! Thank you for sharing that quote.
