I have started the ice cream incentive program. Boy does it work well to motivate. One sister has her jar almost full. How do the parents feel about paying for a lesson that they bring a friend &amp; play games, basically missing their lesson? Also her little sister who is also in the program comes the 1/2 hour just before her. Should be invited to stay.
