Thanks for your response to my email in June 2009.
I have started the ice cream incentive program. Boy does it work well to motivate. One sister has her jar almost full. How do the parents feel about paying for a lesson that they bring a friend & play games, basically missing their lesson? Also her little sister who is also in the program comes the 1/2 hour just before her. Should be invited to stay.

Hi, I’ve heard of lots of things being used as incentives but never ice cream!! Well done for thinking of something a little different for your students. I hope they appreciate the effort you are obvisouly putting in.
