I have just published my studio policy. It is the first time I have put anything down in writing. Rather than putting it across as 'terms and conditions' that I feel people are less likely to want to read, I have set it out in a popular 'Frequently Asked Questions' format. It is online at http://www.williamhay.co.uk/faq.pdf
I think every teacher's policy is going to be slightly different depending upon the way they operate. Personally I don't tend to teach during school holidays as I need to take a holiday sometimes as well after working at least 6 days a week during term-time!
