Here is my first monthly test for my very early beginners.  I’m trying to get them to remember terms and other such things.  We talk about these terms ENDLESSLY during lessons because the students are always forgetting.  Seriously, I can say, “What does Forte mean?” and all I will get is blank stares.  So I will point to the symbol f and ask what it means.  More blank stares.  Then I say, “Does it mean play soft or loud?”  Light bulb!  Now they know it.  So I was hoping a test would solidify what I talk about during lessons.  All my beginners did well!  I guess they are listening to me after all!
